Exchange and Return

D&G MARKETING accepts exchange or returns* within 7 days of delivery. 
D&G MARKETING reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfil any of the below policy.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

1) Exchanged products must be in the original condition as when it was delivered, and must include its original packaging and tag(s). 

2) Merchandise must be un-used, unaltered and be in a re-saleable condition.

 

3) In the event that the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available items*,or receive a refund on the purchase.

4) For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount.
You can choose to use the balance amount to purchase additional item and top up for the difference in value if needed.

5) For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.

6) Exchange has to be done at our Bedok main office or doorstep exchange can be arrange for additional cost.  

7) Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. 

 

What if I received an Incorrect or *defective items?


(*this term is for defective items: Items does not include CLEARANCE / SALE ITEM, as-is or aforementioned of minimal defect on product description page of any item)

We apologized for the inconvenience caused.
Please contact us at soldiertalkb2c@gmail.com along with your Order Number and photos of defective or incorrect product.
Our team will get back to you within 2-3 working days and arrange doorstep exchange without any cost.

 

RETURN OR REFUND POLICY 

Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 7 days from date of delivery.
Return and exchange are strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period.
Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.

A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock.
If the delivery has taken place the delivery cost paid are non-refundable, the refund will exclude delivery cost paid.

If you refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

 

 

Warranties & Limitation of Liabilities

D & G Marketing expressly excludes all warranties, descriptions, representations or advice rendered as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any conditions, similarity to sample, merchantability or otherwise of the Product supplied to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Customer assumes all risks connected with the use and storage of the Product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any damages (regardless of the foundation for the action) shall not exceed in the aggregate the amount of fees actually paid by you to us during the month immediately preceding the act allegedly giving rise to our liability.
