How to place an order?

Orders can be placed by clicking on the “Add to Cart” link found in the item listing. If you wish to continue adding items, you may click on the “Continue shopping” link in the shopping cart. If you wish to amend the quantity, type in the new quantity under the “Qty” column and click on “Update Cart”. You can ultilize your reward points, discount codes and gift cards on the initial checkout page. 

The 2nd checkout page displays the Name & Address of the buyer. Shipping address can be changed if you are buying on behalf of someone or if you need your item to be sent to another place. There are 3 shipping methods and 1 self collection method to choose from. You can then choose your payment platform and also choose to ultilize your discount code. Click on the payment platform link to refresh the page if there are any delivery charge discrepencies.

Payment platform link will display in a pop-up window so do ensure your pop-up blocker is turned off. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Paid orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Do note that we will need additional processing time for orders that contains customized item such as
LBV Name tag / Strimmers / Bear Name Tag / Customized nameplates and your order will be held until your complete order can be fulfilled.
Additional charges may apply for any further arrangement for separate delivery.

Orders are processed every working day until 12PM. Orders received after 12PM will be queued for processing the next working day.

We are unable to guarantee any amendment of orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable for any incorrect or duplicate orders placed for any delayed notification by you.

Delay in order processing and dispatch can be expected during peak season and sale periods.

 

Am I allowed to add items after I've made the purchase?

No, we will not be able to make any amendment of orders.
So please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.
Please kindly place a new order for your additional items.

 

The item that I purchased is out of stock, what should I do?

Occasionally, a particular item may be out of stock due to high order volume, and we may not be able to fulfill all orders immediately.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and we will inform/contact you as soon as the stock is replenished.
Alternatively, you may choose to get a different color, design or product, or even a refund.

 

Can I cancelled my order? 

We regret to inform that once the orders has been placed and our team had started processing your order it can't be cancelled. 
Do ensure that your order is confirm before placing your order. 

 

ORDER STATUS 

Processing 

Orders are processed every working day until 11AM. Orders received after 11AM will be queued for processing the next working day.
Your order will be ready to be dispatched within 2-3 working days. 
Do note that we will need additional processing time for orders that contains customized item such as
LBV Name tag / Strimmers / Bear Name Tag / Customized nameplates and your order will be held until your complete order can be fulfilled.
Additional charges may apply for any further arrangement for separate delivery.

 

Cancelled 

 

Your order will automatically be cancelled when you may have left the payment process due to a loading error, internet connection issue or a window that is accidentally closed.

If you are in doubt if your order was completed keep the following in mind:

 

  • When an order is completed with payment, a confirmation email is sent to the email address that was used to place the order in a matter of minutes.
  • When an order is not completed with a payment, it expires and becomes automatically canceled. In this case, you should attempt placing a new order.
  • Debit card Payments when successful, are immediately reflected in your account. However, some delay for our account to receive it and emit the confirmation may exist.
  • It is not recommendable to perform numerous attempts without certainty of their success or failure.

If you confirmed that the payment has been deducted and the order status are showing cancelled.

Discount Code and Gift Card

Kindly ensure that you're login to your account before applying the code. 
If the transaction was not completed and your order status is showing cancelled the discount code will not be reusable. 
Do contact us at 6242 0333 during our operating hours or you can drop us an email at soldiertalkb2c@gmail.com and we will provide you with a new discount code. 

 

 REWARDS POINTS

 

What are reward points and what do I do with them?

Reward points can be earned through purchasing items ($1 for 1 reward point) and also for referral of friends. Any friend that is referred by you that signed up as a member and does a transaction, you will earn 15 loyalty points.

 

New signups will receive 100 reward points the next working day after verifiication of signup information.

  1. Customer will get 1 point for 1SGD$ spent.
  2. 20 reward points will be equal to 1SGD$.
  3. Validation for reward points earned is 365 days.
  4. Maximum points collected per order is unlimited.
  5. Maximum points to be used per order is unlimited.
  6. Customer would not be able to redeem points as well as user discount coupon code at the same time.
  7. Minimum amount of balance points must be 100 and above before reward points can be used.
